WISCONSIN DRIVERS LICENSE PROGRAM

     This program was written as an exercise while I was learning
Turbo Pascal.  I recently cleaned it up and converted it to run
under Turbo 4.0.   It should still compile under old Turbo if you
remove the compiler directives and the uses statement.  You can
also just run the included LICENSE.EXE file.

     If you ever wondered how your Wisconsin drivers license was
determined, read through the source file LICENSE.PAS.  The algorithm
for determining the WI drivers license is quite interesting.  Note
the standard names that are used to encode the first name part of
the number.  These names are at least a little outdated as common
names!
