Absolutely correct. The experienced administrators are often hooligans. A well noted but non mainstream article are likely to be attacked by racially dominating admins. Specially, if your topic is away from Western readers you are likely to be in jeopardy. Don't ever spend time on adding articles in wikipedia. Just get enriched by other people's effort. These apparently selfless admins are essentially frustrated souls with no achievement of their own. See, they even ignored Noble winners for notability. Most of them are stupid arrogants.
