The long customer service line

A shot of the customer service line while I was trapped in it. When Gen Con lost my registration materials, I got to spend an hour in this line to try and rectify it. Between this and the multi-hour on-site registration lines, I can definately say that customer support was a weak point of Gen Con Indy 2003.
