Back in the early 1990s, when I still was BBSing, I came across a neat Pascal program that would calculate your Wisconsin Driver's License number based on your personal information. I have since lost the DOS executable, but I still have the source code. I have ported the program to Perl, written a program to take your driver's license number determine your personal information, and written up an explaination.
